Heres what Dallas said on Myspace. THIS SUCKS!

You all know just HOW MUCH suburban legends have been through throughout the years! .... lets all gather to HELP THEM through this!

I just got a call from my dear friend MIKEY, bassist for Suburban Legends.
They are on tour in Philly and woke up to head down to the van and trailer from the hotel room and the van and trailer were stolen.
Every piece of equipment and merchandise the band owns is gone.
Drum sets, horns, clothing, basses, guitars, amps, etc.
The value of the equipment alone is appx 40k. The value of the trailer alone is 30k. Estimated value of everything is probably close to 80k (in my estimation) including the van, trailer and gear.

They are troopers and going to try and rent another van, rent gear and finish the tour.

This is devastating. Most, if not ALL of you know just how dear and sincere these guys are and how close I am with them.

Is there ANYTHING we can do to help them?
My idea was to find someone with money who would be able to immediately front them an investment for gear and work out terms for the band to pay that person back. Or does someone here have connections to a car dealership? Instruments? SOMETHING!?!

Please help!

Has someone just been stalking SL for years and just steals their stuff and/or sets their stuff on fire? This is really ridiculous. I hope all that stuff was insured, and that the police in Philly can find the van before it's too late.

Didn't Streetlight Manifesto have about $80,000 worth of equipment stolen while they were touring Europe a few years ago?

I would like to help any way I can, though. I will probably donate, even though I don't have much, I'd be willing to help. I messaged Dallas back asking how I can go about doing this.

Evan I was thinking also that someone is like stalking them and steeling there stuff. We'll I only have 100$ (which I was going to use to get into disneyland) and that's not much for a band I guess but I do have an electric guitar but its probably not up to brian klemms standards...but atleast I have one..=)

People are seriously fucked up.

I just don't understand how these terrible things keep happening this group of wonderful guys. It doesn't make any sense.

They are starting a paypal account soon I believe. I will definatly donate what I can. I don't have much but hey any little thing can help.

They are for sure in mine and my families prayers. Everything will be worked out =] It sure is a bummer though.
